  Outstanding service. Matt in appliances was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Delivery drivers were friendly and did an excellent job at making sure appliances weren't damaged when bringing them inside. Very happy with the overall experience.

  Beautiful selections! The appliances are much more reasonably priced than I anticipated. I would never have guessed what I was looking for would be at Big Sandy and in my price range! I appreciate the salespeople giving me space and letting me come to them after they approached us once. That makes all the difference to me. I will be back! Great store.
